1.1.1. This Simforte website is managed and operated by the simforte.com Group, with connectivity services being supplied by the same entity and its partners.<\/p>

1.1.2. These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall apply to all services rendered by Simforte in connection with the prepaid eSIM profiles provisioning to Clients.
By accessing, browsing, and using the Simforte.com website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the \u201cwebsite\u201d) and\/or by completing an order, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below and the privacy statement.<\/p>

1.3.1. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of the Client’s personal information. By using our services, the Client agrees to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

1.4. Fesih ve Ask\u0131ya Alma<\/b><\/p>

1.4.1. Simforte reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the services without notice at any time due to the occurrence of an event arising from network collapse or cessation of maintenance provision.<\/p>

1.4.2. In using the Services provided by Simforte, the Client must not engage in any abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions or take any actions that could impair or damage the Network. When the Client breaches this obligation, Simforte may suspend the Client\u2019s use of the Service.<\/p>

1.4.3. All bundles offered by Simforte are intended exclusively for use by human Clients. These bundles must not be utilized within any automated system. In situations where usage within automated systems or by non-human entities is requested, the Client must contact Customer Support and request special bundles. Any violation of this usage restriction may lead to the termination of the agreement.<\/p>

1.5. \u0130ade ve \u0130ptal politikalar\u0131 ve y\u00f6nergeleri<\/b><\/p>

1.5.1. Refunds, which are valid, are available for Clients anytime. Most issues can be solved by email.<\/p>

1.5.2. After a valid refund is processed it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show on the Client\u2019s payment card statement (if the payment was made via credit card). Via PayPal, it takes several minutes after issuing a refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method (i.e. credit card or PayPal) used to make the purchase.<\/p>

Simforte makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Simforte does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.<\/p>

4.2. Network operators in countries could be changed by the Simforte team without notice.<\/p>
